SPA Vijayawada is pleased to announce the 10th CONVOCATION scheduled to be held on 29th July 2026 at Krishnaveni Sabhagaar (SPAV Auditorium), SPA Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Note: The Graduands are required to read all the instructions below. The checkbox for consent will be activated once the Graduand scrolls and reads all the instructions till the end.

Steps to complete the application:

a. Providing the consent by reading the instructions below.

b. Registering by providing basic details in the Profile section using the SPAV email ID (username).

c. Setting up a password through email OTP by clicking on Registered User link.

d. Filling up of Application Form by clicking "continue application" inside the login page. Graduands may keep the softcopies of Photograph, Signature, any Govt. Photo ID card ready for filling in the application form

e. Completing the payment after steps a, b, c and d above.

1. All the UG, PG and PhD Students who have fulfilled all academic requirements and are thus eligible for receiving the respective Degree (the Graduands) at the 10th Convocation 2026 are required to REGISTER for the 10th Convocation by duly filling the ‘Graduand Application and Consent Form 2026’ and remitting the Convocation Fee of INR 2,500.

2. List of all the In-Person and In-Absentia Graduands who have successfully registered for the 10th Convocation will be placed on the 10th Convocation web page (https://spav.ac.in/10thconvocation.php) and the respective recipients are advised to go through the details. If any discrepancy is found, the same must be immediately brought to the notice of SPAV authorities through email to convocation10@spav.edu.in for necessary correction, if any.

3. The Graduand Name - English in the original Degree will appear as per the details published in the List of Graduands (Name as per the Marks Memos which is as per X std certificate) and the Graduand Name - Hindi will appear as filled by the student in this form. Hence, the Graduands are advised to ensure the correctness of the Hindi name that is entered in this form against the English name in list of Graduands.

4. All the necessary logistics and food arrangements shall be based on the final list of In-Person and In-Absentia Graduands who have registered within the respective timeline/s. Graduands attending the 10th Convocation at Vijayawada In-Person will be given the original Degrees on the dais and for those In-Absentia, the original Degrees will be sent via India Post to the addresses mentioned in the ‘Graduand Application and Consent Form 2026’.

5. In order to ensure maximum participation of respective Parents/Guardians as requested by the students, and to effectively utilise the available infrastructure of SPAV, the 10th Convocation will be held in two Phases with an intermittent break of nearly 45 minutes between the two phases.  [Phase 1: Convocation for PhD and PG Graduands; Phase 2: Convocation for UG Graduands]. During the intermittent break, Parents/Guardians and Graduands of Phase 1 Convocation shall exit the SPAV Auditorium (Convocation Venue) for occupation of seats by the Parents/Guardians and Graduands and subsequent commencement of Phase 2 Convocation.

6. The dress code for Graduands for rehearsals and Convocation shall be a formal dress in cream/ivory/white colour only. All the accompanying guests of Graduands are advised to maintain a formal dress code in light shades. All “In-person attending Graduands” are required to put on the stoles as received during on-site registration over their dress and wear the same for the entire duration of the Convocation.

7. All Graduands and Parents/Guardians must make their own arrangements of Board and Lodging outside the Institution campus. The number of Accompanying Guests (Parent/Guardian) is limited to Two (2).

8. All eligible Graduands, who have submitted No Dues certificate to the respective departments and have completed academic requirements in academic year 2025-26, are required to fill this form to declare their participation In-Person or In-Absentia for the upcoming 10th Convocation of SPA Vijayawada, scheduled to be held on 29th July 2026.

9. All the Graduands must ensure that they have cleared all the dues and deposited the No Dues certificate in the Department, without which the original Degree will not be issued.

10. All the Graduands are directed to follow the instructions and notifications posted in 10th Convocation web page (https://spav.ac.in/10thconvocation.php) from time to time.

11. Parents/Guardians/Accompanying Guests of the Graduands (who may have registered as In-Person) shall not be permitted to receive the Degree/Medal/Certificate in Convocation on the dais in the absence of the Graduands; and for the Graduands In-Absentia, the Degree will be sent by India Post.
